Before visiting Pathia Pain Management, we must receive a referral from your GP or your Specialist. After receiving this referral, we will contact you in order to arrange your first appointment. We will send you all of the necessary information for your appointment. Please download, fill out and return the patient questionnaire before your appointment.
Your appointment will take approximately one to two hours, however, please arrive approximately fifteen (15) minutes early to allow for administration. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member as a support person. During the appointment we will comprehensively assess the cause of your pain and its effect on your life. Please remember to bring any recent x-rays, scans, and reports to your appointment.
After Your Appointment
Pathia Pain Management will assist you to return to normal life functions and enjoyment by managing your pain in the most effective way possible.
